    EU INDEX je mednarodna raziskava, ki jo je razvila slovenska tržnoraziskovalna hiša Gral-Iteo. Od leta 2001 naprej se izvaja dvakrat letno. Namen raziskave EU INDEX je raziskati: zaupanje v Evropsko unijo, pripravljenost na vključitev ter ekonomska pričakovanja po vključitvi v EU. Prednost raziskave je primerljivost rezultatov med državami in v času, ki omogoča kontinuirano spremljanje sprememb javnega mnenja glede EU.

Abstract:

Raziskava EU INDEX je bila v letih 2001 do 2006 izvedena osemkrat. Pričujoč sklop zajema podatke od pete do osme ponovitve (od leta 2003 do 2006). Raziskava leta 2003 je ugotavljala trenutno stanje in pričakovane spremembe v desetih državah, ki so 1. maja 2004 postale članice EU. Po priključitvi EU se je preverjalo, v kolikšni meri so se pričakovanja (ali strahovi) novih državljanov zares uresničila.
