Abstract:

International Social Justice Project (ISJP) je projekt mednarodnega sodelovanja 12 držav z namenom primerjalne analize razumevanja ekonomske in socialne pravičnosti v razvitih industrijskih državah. Raziskava, ki uporablja standardizirane anketne postopke zbiranja podatkov v posameznih državah, se osredotoča na normativne vidike socialne pravičnosti kot so upravičenost, enakost ekonomskih možnosti in distribucija nagrad. Raziskava po svoji zastavitvi omogoča analizo normativne pravičnosti na mikro nivoju, kar vključuje oceno pracičnosti nagrad posameznikov oziroma majhnih skupin, oziroma makro nivoju, ki se odraža kot respondentova ocena pravičnosti agregatne razdelitve dobrin na družbenem nivoju. Podatkovna datoteka vključuje tudi vrsto demografskih spremenljivk kot so: starost, spol, zakonski stan, izobrazba, poklic (uporabljeni sta Mednarodna standardna klasifikacija poklicev in Goldthorpova klasifikacija) dejanski in željeni dohodek. Dodatno so zabeleženi dejavniki, ki po mnenju respondentov vplivajo na višino in pravičnost dohodkov, odvisnost od programov socialne pomoči, zadovoljstvo z trenutnim družbenim sistemom, kakšna je oziroma kakšna bi morala biti politika države glede zaposlovanja in življenjski standard respondentov. Za Slovenijo tudi ocena socializma in mnenje, kakšen naj bi bil politični sistem v prihodnosti ter poročanje o članstvu v Zvezi komunistov.

Excluded:

Institucionalizirani prebivalci kot so dijaki in študentje v domovih, osebe na služenju vojaškega roka, osebe na zdravljenju v bolnišnicah in drugi, ki ne živijo na svojem stalnem naslovu.

Sampling procedure:

Način vzorčenja se razlikuje po posameznih državah, povsod pa je uporabljen slučajnostni vzorec za posamezno državo; stopnja realizacije je med 51,8% (Japonska) in 76,3% (Rusija).

Mode of data collection:

Osebno anketiranje na terenu z vprašalnikom na papirju (na Nizozemskem samo-izpolnjevana s pomočjo računalnika in v ZDA telefonska anketa).

Weighting:

Datoteke podatkov za Nemčijo, Estonijo, Veliko Britanijo, Poljsko in Združene države Amerike so utežene; ostale ne.

Access restrictions

Avtorske pravice pridržane. Arhiv izroča podatke uporabnikom samo za namen, ki ga posebej opredelijo, ob zagotovitvi spoštovanja profesionalnih etičnih kodeksov. Uporabnik se posebej zaveže, da bo skrbel za tajnost podatkov in opravljal analize brez poskusov identifikacije posameznika.
