High-tech companies - the impact of organisational culture and social networks on knowledge transfer

The research studies the relationship of organizational culture, social capital and knowledge transfer in the context of small and medium-sized high-tech companies. Based on the assumptions and premises that have been thoroughly dealt with the program group and basic project a questionnaire for semi-structured interview has been designed, by which eleven interviews with representatives of eleven small and medium-sized high-tech companies (HTC´s) were conducted.
