Abstract:

Raziskava je bila izvedena v okviru tedna Svobodne univerze (15.–19. 4. 2013). Cilj raziskave je bil primerjati študente UL na mednarodni izmenjavi (ADP_IDNo. IZMDOM13) s tujimi študenti na izmenjavi na UL (ta anketa) glede na znanje, veščine in pogoje za študij. Glavni namen raziskave je zapolniti praznino na raziskovalnem področju, povezanim s spremljanjem mednarodne izmenjave v Sloveniji (konkretno na UL), saj nobena od institucij, povezanih z načrtovanje ali izvajanjem mednarodne izmenjave študentov tovrstnih podatkov ne zbira, kaj šele analizira. Namen te baze podatkov je omogočiti celostno analizo primerljivosti domačih (UL) in tujih študentov po znanju in veščinah, potrebnih za študij in pridobljenih skozi študij, po študijskih dosežkih in po študijskih pogojih. Najbolj daljnosežen cilj raziskave je na podlagi analize podatkov priporočiti izboljšanje načrtovanja in izvajanja programov mednarodne izmenjave na UL (in širše v Sloveniji) z namenom dviga kakovosti internacionalizacije slovenskega visokega šolstva ter hkrati možnosti izgradnje izobraževanja kot komponente mehke moči države v mednarodnih odnosih.
