Abstract:

Projekt ‘Visokošolsko izobraževanje kot generator ključnih kompetenc’ (HEGESCO) je odgovor na potrebe glavnih skupin deležnikov visokošolskega izobraževanja, zainteresiranih za področje zaposljivosti diplomantov. Številna projektna poročila so visokošolskim inštitucijam zagotovila empirična spoznanja, na podlagi katerih lahko načrtujejo svoje študijske programe, strategije in splošno usmeritev. Zaposlovalci so dobili informacije, kako so veščine, kvalifikacije in opisi služb identificirani, prilagojeni in nagrajeni. Zakonodajalci na tako nacionalni, kot tudi na evropski ravni, so pridobili povratne informacije o izvedbi Bolonjskega procesa. Visokošolski diplomanti so lahko predstavili refleksijo svojih izkušenj pri visokošolskem študiju ter pomenu drugih determinant kariernega uspeha. Znanstvena skupnost pa je s projektom HEGESCO pridobila veliko anketno podatkovno bazo, ki skupaj s podatki projekta REFLEX predstavlja eno izmed največjih evropskih in svetovnih raziskav s področja zaposljivosti diplomantov.

Sampling procedure:

Reprezentativen vzorec je bil izbran izmed populacije diplomantov iz 2002/2003. V primeru Slovenije je vzorec 6.000 oseb izmed 12.000 oseb (celotna populacija iz Centralnega registra prebivalstva kot vzorčnega okvira) pripravil Statistični urad Republike Slovenije.

Mode of data collection:

Samoizpolnjevalna anketa poslana po pošti.

Weighting:

Uporabljeni sta dve uteži. Prva, ki ohranja število enot, in druga, ki ustvari natančno 2000 enot za vsako državo.

Access restrictions

HEGESCO podatkovna datoteka je na voljo za raziskovalne namene. Študenti lahko uporabljajo podatke za študijske in/ali raziskovalne namene. Vendar pa mora v tem primeru prošnjo za dostop vložiti zaposlena oseba na univerzi.
