The main purpose was to examine knowledge implementation in practice to determine whether the invested public funds are reimbursed to the society in the long run. Three focus groups and a survey were carried out to analyze the program. The additional objectives of the study were to highlight examples of good practices and areas where the program could be further improved.

694 young researchers and young researchers from the economy responded to the survey. In the focus groups, 6 mentors and 11 young researchers and young researchers from the economy participated.

The study was conducted under the auspices of the Slovenian Research Agency, Hruška d.o.o. and Visport d.o.o.
