IASE organizes several sessions at the World Statistics Congresses of the ISI, some in conjunction with other Sections of the ISI. Invited paper sessions in which the IASE is involved in organising, and the session organisers, are:

Enhancing statistics education through international cooperation and the use of international data (joint with IAOS). Reija Helenius (Finland)

Using popular books and entertainment in teaching statistics. Patrick Murphy (Ireland)

Also, Risk communication to a lay audience reflecting uncertainty and variability issues (ISI Committee on Risk joint with IASE). John Bailer (USA), Lutz Edler (Germany), Helen MacGillivray (Australia)

ISI also encourages Special Topics Sessions and Contributed Paper Sessions. The IASE assists and supports IASE members in putting forward proposals for Special Topics Sessions.
