Like previous Slovenian Public Opinion (SJM) surveys, this survey was conducted in the form of a standardized social survey on the probability sample of the adult population of Slovenia. A combination of online and postal surveys was used to collect the data. Two sets are included in the survey: a) “The Mirror of Public Opinion”, which includes recurring topics of the SJM survey and b) current set of questions on life and attitudes during the COVID-19 epidemic. »The Mirror of Public Opinion« covers mainly the following topics: satisfaction with certain aspects of life (including self-assessment of health, assessment of the material situation of the household), assessment of the situation in some social subsystems, attitude towards democracy, attitude towards immigration, some aspects of trust, political orientations and values. The section "Life and attitudes during the COVID-19 epidemic" includes the following contents: facts about experience with COVID-19, sens of insecurity and concerns, problems associated with measures to prevent the spread of the epidemic, attitude to this measures (including compliance with measures), changes in daily habits, trust in institutional actors in the context of the epidemic, what is happening with social contacts and social support networks, views on the causes of the epidemic and its future development. Like all SJM research, this research also includes a comprehensive set of demographic questions (from gender and age to household composition, employment and work situation etc.).
