RDM professionals, such as data stewards, research data managers and data curators, play a key role in realizing the goals of FAIR data and Open Science – and are thereby Agents of Change.
This event is organized as part of the project Online Training for the Management of Open (FAIR) Research Data.
This workshop is for you if you are a Data Steward or RDM professional (e.g. Research Data Manager, Data Curator) from any discipline and if you want to be able to:
In addition to existing programs such as RDM Train the Trainer or technical training courses, this workshop fills a thematic gap with topics perceived as highly relevant by the data stewards and other RDM professionals surveyed in preparation of this course. This relevance is also reflected in current European initiatives (e.g. Minimal Viable Skillset for Data Stewards).
Target groups:
The workshop is designed for anyone actively involved in research data management who wishes to strengthen their professional role, actively shape change processes, and enhance their resilience.
