Povzetek:

At the seminar the framework policy and the action plan for establishing a system of open access to research data funded by public sources was presented, including actual requests of creating Data Management Plan, with focus on services of support and guidance as especially important tasks. As proposed in the action plan these services ought to be developed in cooperation with national disciplinary data centres and activities which support research field at the level of institutions (research libraries, institutional repositories, computer centres, research offices).
