Non-formal adult education for sustainable development, 2023

The study was conducted as part of author's doctoral dissertation. Its objective was to empirically verify the educational practice of the two main approaches used in the field of education for sustainable development (the instrumental approach and the emancipatory approach). The study was conducted in the Republic of Slovenia, and was divided in two parts: first the relevant organizations were asked to fill-out a self-administered questionnaire; in the second part the author conducted interviews with the representatives of organizations who consented to participate. A total of 59 questionnaires and 12 interviews were conducted.
