Na Evropski ravni <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurohorcs.org\/SiteCollectionDocuments\/EUROHORCs_ESF_ERA_RoadMap.pdf\">dokument Eurohorc <\/a>obljublja skupno izjavo:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>9. Common policy on Open Access and Permanent Access to research data<\/p>\n<p>Addresses Vision point 8.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst the crucial role of peer reviewed publications<br \/>\nin both academia and research is recognised,<br \/>\nthere is also pressure to ensure that the results<br \/>\nof publicly funded research are available quickly<br \/>\nand publicly. Influential national and international<br \/>\nfunding and strategy bodies are formulating their<br \/>\nown statements and policies. EUROHORCs<br \/>\nMember Organisations, which account among<br \/>\nthem for over 18 billion Euros research funding<br \/>\nin Europe, will develop a joint statement on Open<br \/>\nAccess. The formulation and adoption of such a<br \/>\ncommon policy would have an immediate, beneficial<br \/>\nand unifying impact.<\/p>\n<p>The collection of research data is a huge<br \/>\ninvestment. Permanent access to such data, if<br \/>\nquality controlled and in interoperable formats,<br \/>\nallows other researchers to use them, allows<br \/>\nre-analysis of, for example, long time series and<br \/>\ncould play a role in ensuring research integrity.<\/p>\n<p>EUROHORCs and ESF will address how to best<br \/>\npromote and ensure such permanent access to<br \/>\ndata generated with their funding.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Na to se sklicuje npr. nem\u0161ka izjava <a href=\"http:\/\/www.allianzinitiative.de\/en\/core_activities\/research_data\/principles\/\">Principles for the Handling of Research Data<\/a>.
