Presentation started with an overview of Nesstar (software system for data publishing and online analysis), its characteristics and abilities, extent of international usage and important users. Then she went on description of particular tools within Nesstar system: Nesstar Publisher, tool for publishing data from a variety of sources, which allows easy editing/creation and export of DDI documented datasets with XML experience needed. Nesstar Server, tool that includes an SQL-based metadata management system, a data storage system, powerful statistical engine and flexible access control system; Nesstar WebView, customisable and configurable layer that presents the search, browse, display, analysis and retrieval options to the user.
